Citizenship by Naturalization (N-400)
Citizenship Petitions

- Be at least 18 years old when filing Form N-400.
- Be a lawful permanent resident (holder of a “Green Card”).
- Show continuous permanent residence in the United States for a minimum of 5 years. (This may be reduced to 3 years if married to a U.S. citizen.)
